404 custom page

the 404 plugin for showing an error custom page does not work. Could you please take a look? Thank you.

Thanks for writing in! Even if the Custom 404 plugin is deactivated, the 404 page is still displaying the same error page message.

This could mean that there is a server misconfiguration. You may need to contact your hosting provider for further assistance.
