403 error preventing page loading

Hi,
I’ve recently noticed an error which is preventing me opening and editing some of my pages on my website. I get this message: The preview could not load. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing. Checking the developer console for errors could indicate what went wrong.
Are you able to help me with this?
The interesting thing is that the only thing these pages have in common that none of the other pages do is that they appear under the same menu drop down. Two of them are edited with Pro but I think one of the items was just edited on Wordpress. I haven’t changed anything on any of the pages for quite some time, and I’ve deactivated the plug ins that were added more recently and that hasn’t fixed the error.
Thank you

Hi,

I checked and the error is due to file permission.

Regretfully this is outside the scope of support we offer.

This might help - https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-fix-file-and-folder-permissions-error-in-wordpress/

Thanks

Thanks, I tried that with no success but I contacted my hosting company and they fixed it for me. Something to do with a misnamed folder. Thanks for sending me in the right direction.

Glad it’s working now and you’re most welcome!
