I have tried to access the site that is registered to the license in your account but I am getting a DNS error page.
Is it the website in question? If so, kindly check the DNS configuration of your site and make sure all settings are correct.
If you have another site in question, you may post the details in a Secure Note in this thread so that we can check it.
