I’m having problems upgrading to 4.3.3. Whenever i tried to upgrade, my website would crash then i have to restore last backup. Please help. thank you.

Hi Tony,
The PHP version can be a reason behind your issue, I would suggest you upgrade the PHP version to 7.4 and check if that issue resolves or not. If that does not helps, please deactivate and delete the Pro and re-install it by downloading from your Themeco Account.

I’m already using php 7.3.3. Do i need to upgrade to 7.4?

Please try temporarily downgrading PHP lower than 7.0. Or, please ask your web host to turn off PHP 7.4 one by one to see if a new PHP feature conflicts with the function that causes the fatal error. Please keep in mind that this is a problem with PHP 7.0 - doesn’t happen on previous or later PHP versions. PHP 7.0 has been EOL for over 2 years (https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php) although some hosts keep supporting it with 3rd party patches.
I also check our issue tracker and this issue was already solved in our unreleased version.
