I have read all the forum posts on this issue and cannot resolve it. Can you please review the attached document and help me solve this issue so I can complete the client’s request? Thank you!
Hi @sevenagesdesign,
Thanks for reaching out.
It will be very difficult to understand what exactly is happening at your end. Although the 3rd Party shortcode issue is outside the scope of Theme Support, still we are curious to know what is the reason behind the problem. I would suggest you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– Specific page where you are having this problem
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
Please note that we do not guarantee a fix or compatibility for custom codes.
Thanks
Hi @sevenagesdesign,
I have checked the page and found that you have added the code into the Rich Text option of the Classic Text element and that is why the HTML tags are converted in the entities, like < converted to < and that is why it shows the content. I have tested the same code by adding in the HTML option of the Text element and it worked.
Thanks
Thank you, but it is still not behaving correctly. I think I should reach out to the 3rd parties support now.
