3rd party plugins not updating

Hello.

We have several client sites that have the Envira Gallery and / or Modern Events Calendar plugins installed and both have messages in the dashboard saying they need license keys as well. Both plugins are not able to be updated.

The Modern Events Calendar, specifically, has not been able to updated since early October, 2023.

Is there an upcoming theme update that will address the pending updates and licensing messages for these two plugins?

Hey There,

Envira Gallery 1.9.8 is available via automatic updates . The release was end of October and there are of now no newer versions available since 1.9.9 is not yet publicly available even though there is a changelog for it.

Modern Events Calendar 7.2.2 is available via automatic updates and is the latest version.

Please make sure that your installation is validated and you’re receiving automatic updates. You can always check the changelogs for the latest plugin version available through us.

@rubin - here is the message we have been seeing for a while now when trying to update Modern Events Calendar:

Hello @TonyBear,

I would suggest you please take a backup of the file and database and then delete the plugin now you need to go to the X/Pro—> Extensions—> Modern Events Calendar—>Install the plugin.

Please note you must purge all the cache so that the latest code renders properly.
