3D Button Colour

I have a button on this page https://www.careercompasscanada.com/client-satisfaction/ using the 3D button element. I’m trying to change the colour from red to blue.

I’ve tried a few css codes from the forum but can’t get anything to show the colour change.

Could you provide me with a code to reflect the colour change?
