Thanks for sharing your credentials. The given credentials are not working and your site is not loading properly at our end.
It seems that the URLs are not fully replaced while moving the site from staging to productions and that causes the Mixed Content issue [ HTTP and HTTPS ].
If it happens after migrating the site from the staging, please let me know how you made this migration. If it is a feature of your hosting service, I would request you to ask them to correct those URLs.
You can also try out this arcticle on how to update the URLs when you are moving the sites.
Also, remember that the exact URL should be mentioned in Setting > General , WordPress Address and Site URL , including the protocol i.e HTTP/HTTPS.
Please replace the URL properly and recheck the login details after that resend the login details again so that we can check your settings.

Someone logged in and deactivated our SSL plugin and took down our site. We’re bringing it back up but PLEASE leave that plugin alone. Try the credentials again.

Someone keeps going in with the given credentials and disabling the SSL plugin. It may not be you, but someone is and they are continually breaking the site and then no one can get in. I’ve paid for this service, I need to speak to someone on the phone.

Thank you very much, I think that fixed it. FYI, I had to remove the credentials that I created for the tech support b/c someone was going in from theme.co and continually disabling the SSL plugin and crashing our site. We had to fix it every day. They were not admitting to it. We had to remove those credentials to get this to stop.
