I have a main website, lets call it www.abc.com. This website have a menu bar.
I want to be able to create another menu bar below the top menu bar only on pages that have www.abc.com/members and are child pages of members, is this possible, if so can you walk me through this.

Thank you for writing in, yes that is possible, what you need to do is create another header and assign that header to http://www.abc.com/members page.
If you already have a header that is built-in Header builder, then you can duplicate that header and modify it and assign it to a specific page.
Header and Footer Builder Overview
The idea is to have two headers, one as the Global header and one as the header of the specific page.
