I just purchased 15 licenses for $45 from Theme Forest and then want to upgrade to Pro for a sales price of $59.25 for each Pro, but on my conversion page it wants to charge $25.50 + $45 = $70.50. How do I get the correct discount?

The discount only applies to X license. The conversion price is also calculated based on conditions like what offer was availed at the time of purchase so the conversion price you see in the accounts page is correct.
If you convert to Pro, the conversion price is still lower than the regular Pro single license price by 11%.
I will however forward this to one of our leadership team just to make sure if there’s an issue with pricing.

If this is the case I was better off buying the 5 license discount for Pro. If I can’t get these licenses for $59.25 then how do I get a refund from Theme Forest?
