2 years later....Yoast STILL Not Reading Content in New Cornestone Elements

Guys get your act together…

In cornerstone Yoast still can’t recognise the text, while in WP bakery Yoast can’t still recognize alt text of images.

You are aware of both problems for two years and still the problems persist. I am using theme X on many sites and am paying premium. I aspect to get a premium product in return.

This is a deal breaker for me… Is it possible to get a refund for all my purchases as I do not belive you are capable of solving these problems.

Yoast SEO can now read the Cornerstone contents well. Please check the improvement in our Changelog.

Please ensure that everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/docs/how-to-update for more details.

Also, contact Yoast SEO support to learn how to reanalyze the page’s content.

Regarding the refund, regretfully, it’s not possible.

Would you please kindly get back to us with the URL/User/Pass of your website using a Secure Note so that we can check and see what is the problem that you are experiencing?

As my colleague mentioned we did have improvements on how Yoast reads our content:

We updated how our content generates data for SEO plugins like Yoast to be more reliable.

I also, suggest that you add a new page with some sample content and test the case, as that is what we are going to do for testing. It might be the case, that the page in question used old elements of some kind.
