2 different rev sliders on same page, not loading

Hi, see here:

I have 2 different sliders (carousels) setup:

I need both to load, so I can hide one on mobile…

Any ideas why this is not loading? I disabled plugins, and moved scripts to footer, and not, tested, and none work.

On this page:

I have a hero up top, and the carousel down below, and they both display
