When editing a class on an element and pressing the tab key to move to the next line, the entire visual preview shifts left requiring a refresh of the page. Video in secure note below.
Hi @DoncoMarketing,
I’m sorry you’re running into this. Thanks for the video! It definitely helps get an idea of what could be happening. I’ve done some testing and haven’t been able to reproduce this issue. Would you mind sharing logins for that site and letting me know what page you’re seeing it on? I could take a closer look at what circumstances cause that to happen. Thanks!
Just added details to the secure note.
Seeing it on every page every element. Not just on this site either.
Select Element > Customize > Class > Type Something > Hit Tab on Keyboard
Hi @DoncoMarketing,
Thank you for the credentials, Yeah I was able to replicate this issue on my end. Are you on Windows? It could be a bug that is specific to Chrome on Windows because it is not happening on Firefox.
We’ll take a closer look on it.
Have a nice weekend,
Hi @friech,
Nope, I’m on a Mac. Running the latest OS and running the latest version of Chrome.
Thanks.
Thanks for the additional info. I’ll add that to the bug report. Looks like this is an issue with Chrome. I was able to replicate this as well.
For now, please avoid pressing Tab when the Class field is in focus.
Thanks.
Thank you! What was happening is that Skeleton Mode’s scrollbar was stealing focus. If you run into this it is safe to save your page. You can dismiss it by opening and closing Skeleton Mode again. It’s fixed for the point release going out today.
You are most welcome.
