Love 2.2.0 – so kudos to the Themeco team and great work. 
That said, there is a minor issue with dragging elements – especially around the new inline editable text boxes. That started with this update.

I tried on my test site but could not replicate this issue.

Try to clear your plugin cache, browser cache and system’s cache(Pro > Settings)
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Happens every time. Cleared V2 Element Cache and it is still happening.
No dice. Cleared site cache too. Still nothing. It only happens when dragging things around the new in-line editable text elements.

I can look into both while logged into your site.
I wanted to confirm here as well. This has been fixed for the upcoming point release.
