2.1.3 Update Issues

Every other update has gone smoothly but just did the backend on-site update and got some wonkiness going on. First things first, this client is on GoDaddy hosting so that could be an issue but:

Summary

1. Updated and received image#1 one upon updating.
2. That’s fine, I FTP’d the theme update - this time, all options were missing (image#2)
3. That’s fine, I re-uploaded the theme and this time all seems to have worked except all page formatting (v2 formatting not custom css) is gone.
4. When I open the page builder, all formatting of all my pages is still there > re-save the page > all good to go.
5. Menus are still missing but show when I deactivate pro and move to default theme.

So, currently there are two issue, the styles for the elements on your pages are missing and the menus aren’t set in their locations right?

I can see you have a child theme activated and I was wondering if you will get the same behavior if you activated the parent theme?

Also, if you have any caching plugin installed (specially if the plugin has a database caching feature), make sure to clear cache and recheck this issue. I can see you have mentioned that your website is on GoDaddy, which has its own caching system, so it’s worth to clear cache from there as well.

If this doesn’t help, then please provide us with WordPress Dashboard login details in a “Secure Note” so we can investigate this issue.
