0? haha where did this little guy come from?

Hello,

I you look into my last post you can see the access credentials i created for you guys.

Im having a little trouble determining where the 0 above the cart page came from hahaha

Please help shed some light on this.

Very much appreciated!

Thanks,
Rick

Hi Rick,

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If that doesn’t help, please provide wordpress admin login in Secure Note.

Thanks

Please see login details above

Hi there,

I tried checking the admin but it seems that the user has a limited access. Would you mind temporarily setting it as an admin user and the FTP details as well so that we can further check it?

Also, if you have added some customization in the code through the child theme, kindly try to remove those code and see if the unknown 0 value will get removed.

Thank you.

The user has administrative access already
i have some things hidden in the backend
however access to appliance editor and css options are all visible and you also can see all the plugins i have installed

Also i did try to delete the css and put it back and editor so please have another look!

Thank you this silly 0 is got us all eating eggs hahaha

Hi There,

Upon checking the functions.php file in your website. I could see that your website got hacked.

I recommend you should contact the sucuri service to clean up your website:

Regards!

Looks like your right]
ill keep you posted on how i removed it thanks

Ok so this is the best free plugin that helped me track down the files i needed to delete and any plugins that were causing issues.

Anti-Malware from GOTMLS.NET

after deleting any threats i had 8
i was able to clean up my functions.php once again to original

the issue is still not resolved, please have a closer look at what could be causing this, when i inspect it in a browser it just shows a text input on the page as a “0” however i scoped around the cart pages in woo commerce plugin via ftp and i am not able to find the same code as being displayed for the cart page…

Please help further … thanks in advance

Hi there,

I checked your website and could not find why this is happening to you. it is not the case for on our installation of the theme and Woocommerce version 3.2.6 which is the latest version of the Woocomemrce which is supported by X.

I suggest that you test by disabling all plugins except Woocommerce and test the case. If it is fixed then you need to enable the plugins one by one to see which one is causing the issue.

Also, test by changing X to the default WordPress theme and see if the problem persists.

Finally, I suggest that you backup your website and update Woocommerce to version 3.2.6:

Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback
i will try all the above and keep you posted on how it turns out.

You’re welcome!
