Hi,

I’ve installed the theme by uploading the the full version (the one which include docs.. etc)

But, I can’t install extensions or plugins usung Wp, I had to manually unzip the content by command line.

I’ve tried chmod 777 wp-content/plugins, without luck.

I enabled WP debug but logs say nothing (syslog, access.log, error.log etc).

I upgraded php, Apache, …. no luck

This is ubuntu server (not shared hosting) maybe some missing server config specially needed for X Theme?

Hi there,

Please try resetting your WordPress files and folders permissions. The correct settings can be found at http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2014/05/08/proper-wordpress-filesystem-permissions-ownerships/

If the issue still persist, kindly ask your hosting provider to set right permissions.
