    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in! Did this happen after you updated the Woocommerce plugin? Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    yes this happened after the woo commerce. And I just want to know if you are going to update those files in a new update through x theme.

    Hi there,

    Which version of WooCommerce you’re using? The current supported version of WooCommerce with X theme is 2.6.2, you’ll need to downgrade the plugin until the next update is released. You can also refer to the following link https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/ to check the compatible versions.
