    hi support,

    I’ve read #1154575 but had no idea what to do especially on point 4 where it says

    ‘Open the template you pasted into the theme folder with a text editor of choice, such as Notepad++, and replicate any changes that you had to the previous template in your new, updated template file.’

    I am on the latest X 4.6.4 (only a few weeks ago) and have download the same time x child which is Version: 1.0.0

    could you help to fix if i provide my credential please?

    Hey there,

    Please check your using the beta version of WooCommerce. Please uninstall it and install the latest stable version via Plugins > Add new. There’s currently a bug if you’ve installed via Addons.
