    Hi Support
    I’ve just bought a new license and I’m trying to activate it on my development site. I keep getting this message: Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account. This is a brand new code. I have reset it a couple of times in my manage licenses area. I have using WP 4.6.1. This URL is part of a multisite installation.

    Hi there,

    It seems you already validated your main domain with the purchase code, right? Kindly revoke them all (main and staging) then try validating the staging site first.

    Let us know how it goes.
