laurabm84ParticipantYour code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.
This is the message I get when I add the code into my WordPress dashboard to validate.
I created the website in localhost, but was transferred to an online server. Could you please check what is wrong with it?September 9, 2016 at 12:02 pm #1168258

laurabm84ParticipantHi,
Xtheme is asking again for validating sometimes, other times it is just automatically updated.
It might be due to an error that says that I should add </head> behind some code in the theme editor. I can not remember well the message, as now it is working fine, however it keeps failing.
Where could I edit that code if you understood what I mean or why it is constantly asking for validating my purchase of Xtheme?

laurabm84ParticipantThis is the error:
Error : Please fix your theme to make plugins work correctly. Go to the Theme Editor and insert the following string: <?php wp_head(); ?> Please enter it just before the following line of your header.php file: </head> Go to your theme editor: click here.
Where should I go to fix this?

RadModeratorHi there,
That’s not an error, your theme checker is just looking in one place. wp_head() is placeable on any theme called by get_template_part() just as long as the root template is header.php. X theme has different locations for templates, but it doesn’t mean wp_head() isn’t there.
Have you revoked your purchase key on your license page? It shouldn’t ask validation unless the link between your license page information doesn’t match to your site domain anymore. Connection timeout may occur, but there is no way it will revoke the key without user consent.
Thanks!

laurabm84ParticipantThere is nothing I should do?
I haven’t revoked my purchase key, but when I log in to my wordpress dashboard, sometimes is already validated and sometimes not. I just want to check that it does not cause any problem to my webiste in the future.
Thanks

JoaoModeratorHi There,
It is really unusual that this happens.
But this will NEVER cause any trouble, if perhaps your theme is not validated at all, only thing that will happen is that you won´t be able to run automatic updates.
I checked your website now and it is validated.
If you face problems with validation please take a screenshot and let us know.
Thanks
Joao
