    Hello,

    I’m trying to verify the X theme and I get this message.

    Your code appears to be invalid. Please make sure you have entered the correct purchase code.

    I’ve seen that there is a problem with the Envatos API, could you verify manually?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! First of all, make sure that you’re fully updated (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/). Older versions having issues with the validation process.

    Also please go through our validation guide here (https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/).

    If you’re still having issues, please provide us wit the following information to check your issue.

    – Link to your site
    – Your license key (purchase code)
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
