    I want to link out our You tube channel videos to our blog posts. Typically when you paste the URL in the text area wordpress links to the video with a preview.

    I see if I check the Video box in the right panel it give 3 options to load a video.. Which is the correct one for YOUTUBE? I want to keep them as light as possible as I have many of them.

    I see a lot of threads on the forum -and have watched 2 instructional videos. I just need to know where the proper place to paste the iframe code is and if there is a better way please let me know!

    Hi there,

    For youtube, you can just use the embedded code within “Embedded Video Code”. Other two options are for self hosted videos.

    Thanks Rupok.

    I have several embedded videos from you tube. For some reason 2 of them are coming out of the “blog container”. The images are all the same size iframe width=”560″ height=”315″

    Hi there,

    Please try to remove width and height attributes from iframe tag. Please see the attachment, you should get this result.

    Thank you for your response. I did remove as you suggested but now the layout is not consistent – full width image in the container. and the image isnt centered, any idea why some worked and these did not?

    Hello There,

    Please edit these two post:
    Brave Endurance Podcast – The Inner Athlete
    NPR Voices in the Family, Mind for Sports

    Make sure that the Post format is video. At the moment, the post format is audio and this is why it is different from other blog posts.
