Hi,

I’m having trouble with cornerstone. Many times after I make a change to my website I click save and I have that green bar go all the way across and some awesome catch phrase like “huzzah” but it doesn’t actually save.

After doing this save process I click on the Home icon and still see the text “You Have Not Saved Any Changes” And if I leave the editor all of my recent changes are lost making it impossible for me to update my site.

also I have add as below in my wp-config.php file

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! I have created a test page in your site to see to replicate the issue. I was able to save all my changes and I did not encounter any issues at all. Could you please provide us which page you are editing and that you have experienced Cornerstone not saving all your changes?

I was try on the page you made that page > an-x-test.

That can do add image and other elements but ‘row content’ still is not working.

Please try test again.

Hi,

This script will not work in raw content element, it need to be integrated into the theme.

Regretfully it could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities. Thanks for understanding. Take care!

I have add the code before by cornerstone, but now I can’t add the code or revise.

It looks like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script.
