    Hi,

I am getting a 404 error when going to the place where my sitemap should be. Reaching out to Yoast, they said it’s likely a template error and that “let us be clear that this is usually not due to our plugin, but due to poorly coded themes and/or other plugins.”

Can you please help me get a sitemap up and running?

    Best,

    taylor

    Hey Taylor,

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – URL of your sitemap page
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Thanks.
