sebagcParticipantHi! Hoping not to bother over here.
Knowing that support for 3th party plugins is not inside your support scope, i was hoping you can help me out with guidance.
Im using Woocommerce, and Yith Zoom Magnifier. While the plug in seams to work fine in Chrome, the image stays on Loading forever in Safari.
Since im not an expert in coding(yet 1313), and while im not expecting for you to fix it, i was hoping maybe you can help me with guide so as to how i can approach this problem?
Thank you very much in advance!!!the url is http://www.petitecotton.cl

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! Yes we can’t provide support for any third party plugin but we can have a look. If that something within our scope, definitely we’ll try to assist you. I am not sure where you are actually having issue as your provided URL seems same on Safari and other browsers. Would you clarify a bit with exact URL and some screenshots?
Cheers!

sebagcParticipantThank you very much Rupok!
The correct url is http://petitecotton.cl/product/enterito-1/
that url directs you to a single product from a Woocommerce store, using Yith Zoom Magnifier(Wich seams the most common simple and free plugin for Zooming products)If you open that url, you will notice that the Loading bar upon the image stays forever, and doesn’t load the image to zoom it(this happens 99% of the time). When you refresh the page the zoom works fine.
If you do the same from Chrome, it should work just fine 100% of the time.
Thank you very much for the time and assistance.
Best regards!

RadModeratorHi Sebastian,
What version of Safari you’re testing it on? I just checked on my El Capitan’s Safari and zoom is working just fine.
Thanks!

RupokMemberHi there,
I can see the issue on my end with Safari and certainly it’s related with the plugin and Safari as there seems a browser compatibility issue. Unfortunately we can’t control this but I can suggest you some CSS to hide this. You can add this under Customize > Custom > CSS :
.yith_magnifier_loading { display: none; }That’s all we can do for that. Hope this helps.
Cheers!
