I recently copied site from starshieldentertainment.com to starshieldphotobooths.com

I forgot you guys do licences so I had thought that may have been the problem so I purchased another license.

First. I revoked my licences, again because I thought that would be a problem.

I have two issues.

1. I do not have the Product Validation option under Addons on the wordpress menu to activate this

2. when I try to use the addons and install other plugins i get the errors on the images below

Thanks but that didnt really answer the problem i was having.. The extentions wont download

Hi there Richard,

I’ve checked the starshieldphotobooths.com site and that downloads the add-ons correctly and the additional sub-menu shows when a X extension is installed.

I then checked the starshieldentertainment.com site and that didn’t work when trying to download extensions, can you supply FTP in a private reply for the starshieldentertainment.com site please so we can debug what’s happening there.

Hi Richard,

Since you already revoked and re-asigned your license and you got your issue fixed with the other plugins but it persists with Cornerstone I believe the best solution this time will be for you do do a manual update of Cornerstone.

Please uninstall Cornerstone at your WP-Admin Dashboard and check the instructions at our knowledge base to learn how to do it:
