    What’s kind of things could be keeping the “upload file and import” button from becoming clickable after selecting the file?

    Hey There,

    the only reason it could happen is if you are trying to upload the .zip file and not the .json file. Other than that make sure that your file permissions are all correct and the uploads folder of your theme is writeable. Is the image/media uploading working fine for you?

    hi there, I have the same problem. I installed X, imported the demo content, copied renew2 homepage content to a page and tried to import the json, but button is not clickable. I also can’t reset the customizer settings. I can download an .xsc file but that’s it.
    Image/media uploading is working fine.

    #1 You need to install x shortcode under X Addons -> Extensions:http://prntscr.com/5a13qg.

    #2 Please tell us which .json file you need to import .

    Hi Robin,

    I successfully imported the renew-02-xcs.json file via X Addons > Customizer Manager > Import. Please check your website now.
