    Hi
    My Integrity child theme lite has worked perfectly for a few years now. I love it. I built a very nice site with no experience. Im far from a site developer. Well I updated the site on 8/3[16 and I blew it apart. I have tried and tried and read everything. uninstalled/installed the addons No luck. Gone is my customizer, menus links.. and Visual cmp. I recovered VC and parts of the site have returned. I get an error message on the theme page that says x_package Stylesheet is missing. I’ve tried everything with my limited knowledge but am striking out. Help is appreciated. Thanks in advance. http://www.TrainerRealty.com windows 10 chrome browser

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! You’re using an older version of our child theme. Please backup your current child theme and download the newer version of our child theme (https://community.theme.co/kb/how-to-setup-child-themes/). Then you can integrate your old child theme files to new one and activate it.

    This quick response is very much appreciated. My isp made a backup copy of my whole site for me on the server back to a week prior to this issue as soon as this happened. Will that cover the child theme back up u said I should make? or is there another way to backup my current child theme before I make the update to the current child theme in your answer above. All of this is totally new to me but your instructions make it possible for me to do! Once I make the child theme backup I will follow the instructions at the link you sent above Darshana THANKS! L

    Hi there,

    If you already have backup for your site then you can proceed to update. You need to update Cornerstone as well. Kindly remove the old Cornerstone completely and it will be installed automatically as you are using updated X. Let’s update the Child Theme then.

    Wow I followed your instructions AND my entire website returned in tack!! I can’t stop laughing!!! My entire site was a mess and it came back perfectly. Funny thing is I am still not sure how it happened other than your expertise. I will think it through and will understand shortly but I really appreciate your help and your knowledge. PROBLEM RESOLVED COMPLETELY.

    Hi there,

    Glad that it solved. The issue was you were using an older version of Child Theme that needed a small update which was addressed on http://theme.co/changelog/#theme-4-3-3

    Make sure to update everything regularly and follow the Changelog before proceeding to update.
