thek9wayParticipantHi there,
for some reason the poster is not showing for videos on some browsers including mobile.
Happens on pages:
http://www.thek9way.co.nz/dog-walking-auckland/ (two videos at pretty much at the bottom of the page)
http://www.thek9way.co.nz/dog-training-auckland/ (under heading “Example lead training results in one session…”)How can I fox this?
Thanks,

RahulModeratorHey There,
Thanks for writing in!
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If this doesn’t help, kindly let us know. We’d be happy to assist you with it.
Thanks!

thek9wayParticipantHi there,
I don’t quite get the connection with a plugin.
The poster shows on Chrome and Firefox, but not on Safari, nor on the standard Android and iPhone browser. Please advise.
Thanks,

thek9wayParticipantAll sorted.
After setting a specific poster per video it works. Previously I had not set a poster as Chrome and Firefox did not seem to need to display a picture, but Safari and others do. After setting a poster it works on all browsers so far.
