Saso OvenParticipantHey guys,
It’s really not my day today.
I am having problems with X theme validation after I migrated one of my webpages from localhost test environment to live domain. I validated two X licenses right after purchase and now I am unable to generate a new API after I unassigned one of those sites from localhost.
I will probably have a similar problem with my second site (also currently in development on localhost) once I decide to move it on live domain because I accidentally unassigned it thinking it’s I am unassigning the first one (I mixed up licences of both localhost sites today).
I would very much appreciate your help.
Thanks!
Sašo

Prasant RaiModeratorHello Sašo,
Thanks for writing in! Please navigate to your license page first here: https://community.theme.co/users/ovensaso/licenses/
Then make sure you verified your purchase code in there. Also make sure that it is the correct URL that is tied to that purchased code. Then login to your WordPress site, at the bottom of Addons panel Revoke the validation.

And then just scroll back to top, and you should see the validation field, re-validate the site with the Purchase Code assigned.

API key no more, you can use the Purchase Code directly to validate your site.
For more detail you can also visit our updated product validation guide:
https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
Let us know how it goes.

RubinKeymasterHey There,
I’ve removed your second account and you can now take the purchase code of your old account and add it to your primary account. All the best 🙂

masontheditgodParticipantHey I’m having a similar problem. Same domain name but had to add hosting to it after the WP site expired. Now it doesn’t even load after I paste in my validation code and press enter. Help?

RupokMemberLet’s remove the site from your Themeco account and re-assign again. Then try validating.
Cheers!

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Since your issue is not related to this thread, would you mind opening a new thread providing the same information and beside that provide your Wp Admin Credentials and FTP credential in a second private message.
Thanks
Joao
