    I just purchased another license for x and when I try to upload in wordpress I get the error:

    “Unpacking the package…

    Installing the theme…

    The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

    Theme install failed.”

    Is there an error within the zip file? Why is this happening?

    Hey Amber,

    Thanks for writing in! Please make sure that you are uploading the x.zip file. You might have been uploading the x_package.zip which is not the correct file. If that’s the case, you need to unzip first so that you will find the x.zip.

    If nothing else works, would you mind providing us the ftp login credentials so we can upload the theme for you? Once you have provided us with your credentials, we will be happy to assist you with everything.

    To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
    – FTP Hostname
    – FTP Username
    – FTP Password

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
