    Hi,
    I am using x theme with child theme on my website http://www.contechnor.com
    I have already purchased and entered purchase code in theme product validation page. But when I go to themes page and try to update x theme. It shows “Validate X to enable automatic updates”. But its already validated.
    I have been using this theme on this domain earlier also with no problem and with validation. Suddenly my website encountered some problems and I shifted my hosting and uploaded the website again through backup.

    What do I need to do?

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
