    Hi, So I just installed the new X Theme and it says its installing the addons but cannot automatically activate them. When I goto the plugins folder they aren’t there.

    Same with Cornerstone

    Please help

    Hi There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    I could confirm that it is not working well. This is probably a configuration from your server to your server.
