Hello,

We are trying to access WordPress website: http://www.betterworldinternational.org

However, the website is down. We are currently using X-theme and are wondering what could be the possible issue for this. Has anyone else encountered this issue in the theme and could help us troubleshoot any of the causes.

We consulted our hosting service already and they said they had no problems on their end.

Got an update and we got an error_log in the sites stating this: /home1/bettesw7/public_html/newwordpress/ssv3_payload_extractor-JlvZN1DQww.php startup

I’m not sure what this was but anyone have an idea what could have caused this to show up?

Hi There,

Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

You can add it before the line

/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

if that does not work, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Hi there,

Thanks for writing back. Did you increase the memory as asked n previous reply? Then it was a memory issue. If you didn’t do anything yet then apparently it was something wrong on your host end.
