Hello,

5th license of X theme purchased from Envato and the purchase code is not working. I’ve entered it all correctly numerous times. Initially it was returning an api error and now it just says invalid code.

Any help appreciated

None so far. Envato support also seems to be busy stating a 7 day turnaround on support request.

How do I revoke the license if it isn’t showing in my manage license area?

Hey There,

Please follow these steps:

1] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
2] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
3] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

I’ve no license to revoke within my account. I’m trying to add it and I just get this error – Could not reach Envato Verifiection API.

Envato API is down…they are aware of it and working to get it resolved.

It should be working again soon.
