    Hi there,

    brand new blogger and new to wordpress, siteground and themeco.

    I recently launched a wordpress.com blog called “completeinthree” and I’m using Siteground for hosting.

    I purchased your X theme only to learn that wordpress.com will not upload it.

    What are my options? I’m not at the point of needing to updgrade to .org yet and I’m new.

    Can Themeco offer a refund? It was an honest mistake but I really like the X theme.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! If you really like to use X for your blog, I would recommend that you setup a self hosted WordPress and install X in it. You can always export and import all your contents from WordPress.com to your self hosted website Your Domain . com.

    For refunds, All sales are handled through ThemeForest, and their parent company Envato handles all refund requests. You can read more about their process here.
