    Dear Sir/Ma’am,

    The last couple of times I have updated X, my website loses all of its formatting and menus. I have tried disabling all of my plugins to see if the formatting will return but it does not. I have verified that I have current versions of all Themeco products and am running WP 4.5.3. My dashboard indicates that I am running X 4.5.3 though my verified version from the Add-ons ‘home’ menu indicates I have X 4.6.0.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! This issue happened to your site because you are using a legacy child theme. You need to update it. To know more about how you can fix this, please check out this thread: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/child-theme-updates/

    I have look around your other threads hoping to find an access to your dashboard. To save you from trouble and time, I have fixed the issue for you. I know this site is already live and want you to feel confident that the issue can be easily resolved.

    Please do clear your browser’s cache and test your site again. If you need anything else, please let us know.
