    Hi,

    I hope you can help me – I have 2 X Theme licenses… One install of X theme shows all updates…the other install I can see the update is available on the Addons screen but it does not show in the Theme update page – Images attached.

    The site that is not showing the update is configured as a “Network Setup”

    The plugin cornerstone etc update are showing up fine.

    Can you let me know what I could try to get these theme updates?

    Hey Steve,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hey Steve,

    I see the issue. Please try manually updating X. See https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/. WordPress update notification doesn’t work sometimes for a number of reasons.
