bitmotiveParticipantHi Team,
I have a fresh install of X Theme on a new client domain. Everything works great, except for “Pages”. Whenever we try to create a new page, the header is displayed, but not page content is shown. It does not appear in the source code of the rendered page, either.
Things I have tried:
(1) Busting all caches associated with the web site.
(2) Turning off Cloudflare (in front of the site)
(3) Disabling all plugins.
Nonetheless, nothing I do seems to work.
Also, if I attempt to load a ‘Page’ in Cornerstone, I’m presented with the following error message:
“A suitable content area for the live preview couldn’t be identified. Switching to Skeleton Mode.”
Help!

RadModeratorHi there,
Thanks for posting in.
It could be due to internal server error. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thanks!

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing back. I have investigated the issue and found that you have modified the templates with Child Theme that’s causing the issue. Let’s switch to X theme and you will see there is no issue; so it’s apparently due to your custom coding on Child Theme that you need to check and fix.
Cheers!
