    Hi,
    We recently purchased X themes to help with the re-design of our new site. Our current visual composer is working on wordpress 4.5.1 and we uploaded the x theme plug ins but didn’t activate them yet, and visual composer is working from x themes, but as soon as we try to activate x themes our site goes blank and nothing carries over.

    Here are the versions we have:
    Wordpress 4.5.1
    4.4.2 X theme
    genesis version 2.2.2

    Thoughts on what could be happening?

    Thanks for writing in! What’s your visual composer version?

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    All of our plug-ins and wordpress is up to date; still experiencing same issue of not being able to carry over visual composer content with x themes.

    Please advise.

    Hi guys,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi There,

    Thanks for the details.

    First, please check for plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Hi,

    So we de-activated all the plug-ins this morning and activated X themes and we are still experiencing the same issue of nothing properly being carried over to the site.

    Please advise.

    Please keep all third party plugins disabled while we investigate and give us FTP credentials. CYSTEME plugin would need to be disabled.
