    Dear Support

    I am using X Child Theme . My site is https://
    Java Script is not working as a result several plugins are not working correctly
    a. Please confirm what i should have in place (what java libraries should be there on lynex server?
    b. Tried activating main theme still no use
    c. I only use X-Theme and none of the other addons that comes with it

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in! Please provide us login credentials in private reply, so we can take a closer look. In the meantime please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
