Hi i have, problem with my theme integrity – on the portfolio page the lightbox gallery – key navigation is not responding. The “Ecs” key is functioning properly for closing the lightbox, but the left and right arrow on the keyboard is not working and i can move to the “Next” or “Prev” image. Any suggestions?

Thanks for writing in!

I can’t seem to replicate this issue on my end.

The lightbox in our demo is working fine as well.

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Hi as suggested I have disabled all the plugins in WP, but there is still a problem. As I mentioned earlier – the key for closing the gallery is working “ESC” key, only the navigation keys are not responding. Please and suggestions

Hello There,

Upon inspection, I can confirm that the left and right arrow keys does not work. Meanwhile, the mouse scroll works in navigation the next and previous image items. This could be a bug or a browser related issue. By the way, X 4.6.3 and Cornerstone 1.3.3 are now available! This release contains several bug fixes and we’re quite excited about the new features, so be sure to check out the changelog. Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

OK – I have updated the theme to the latest version and everything is fine. The theme updates successful.

There was still error so to say the gallery does now scroll on key press.

So i start debugging with google chrome. The problem is caused bu the Smooth Scroll option in the X addons. If the addon is enabled you can’t use the keys to navigate the gallery only mouse wheel and ESC key.

When the Smooth Scroll is disabled then you can use arrow keys in the gallery.

any suggestion how we can use both I like the Smooth Scroll it gives very smooth effect on the page.

so I found where is the problem – just don’t know how to fix it.
