Ok thanks. I’m curious then how the attached section was created in Cornerstone. Can you please tell me how that was created?

Those are images made on photoshop or similar graphic software.
You could achive a similar effect on Cornerstone by dividing your row in 4 columns than:
Insert an image element in the first column. Select the image style on the first dropdown box to be displayed as a thumbnail.
Add the following code to Style Box at the bottom of the image element:
border-radius: 50% !important; box-shadow: 0 4px 8px 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.2), 0 6px 20px 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.19);
On The second column add a custom headline and a text element.
Repeat on the next to columns
