maxxabillionParticipantWordpress v4.7
X-Theme v4.6.4
Cornerstone v1.3.3I am adding some pages to my site http://www.asatera.com in the footer area. I added the new pages to the footer menu, then added the menu to the footer widget. The new pages do not show in the footer and the footer widget doesn’t have any drop down arrows do display what I added to them. So, I pressed customize on the homepage and the X theme showed up, but the ‘X’ just continuously spins and nothing loads.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated

maxxabillionParticipantThanks for the reply. I put in a request with my host provider to increase the memory. However, would this be tied the reason my header widgets aren’t working properly or displaying in the footer of my site?

JoaoModeratorHi There,
I Can see some errors on your console while loading Customizer.
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes,

maxxabillionParticipantOk, you were right, it was a plug-in. Who would I talk to about the conflict, Themco, or the creator of the plug-in?

JoaoModeratorHi,
If it is a plugin that comes bundled with X we will provide support.
If it is a thirdy party plugin that does not come bundled with X you should contact the plugin developer.
Thanks
Joao
