iRocketdesignParticipantI have downloaded a new license for X, and installed into into a new existing WP for a client. I had to install the theme through FTP as it wouldn’t work through WP. Now the theme works but I don’t have Rev Slider showing up and when I try to activate it through Addons, it gives me an installation error. “File already exists”. So when I go into file manager to delete it completely to reinstall, my entire X theme folder does not exist??? Yet I am able to build successfully with the theme???
Any ideas as to how to get Rev Slider working or to find my X theme folder?
thanks,

RupokMemberHi there,
It seems your cPanel login credentials is for stillwelljacks.com but your site URL is stillwelljacks.net. So I think you are not checking the right hosting dashboard.
Thanks

iRocketdesignParticipantI inherited this project, and was told that the stillwelljacks.net is the development site.

iRocketdesignParticipantWhen I make changes to the .com WP it changes the .net site, not the .com site…I am confused??

RupokMemberHi there,
http://stillwelljacks.com/ not using X theme as I can see. So there is no X theme folder. But as I can see the development site is using X theme. So apparently they are different. I don’t know what you inherited but the .com site doesn’t have X installed so there is no X folder.
Hope this makes sense.
