    I have purchased a copy of “Booking Ultra PRO” (a scheduling plugin) it uses a shortcode. I have tried to enter this shortcode as an element as:
    a raw snippet
    a textbox
    a code

    the raw snippet can be viewed in the preview mode (however it doesn’t work correctly).

    But when I try to access it on a live page it shows nothing. I have tried this on a different theme and the plugin worked fine.
    Please help. this is an awesome theme and it would be a shame not to use it because of a shortcode issue

    Hi there,

    Thanks for posting in.

    There might be incompatibility and it has to be integrated on cornerstone first. Example, other plugins that have rich features like revslider, essential grid, the grid, and more are integrated to cornerstone. Though, I like to see the actual issue, I may able to get information or provide solution if it’s easier to fix.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi Regan,

    I tried creating a test page and added some shortcode in the text editor and can confirm that nothing seems to work.

    I would like to check closer by logging in to ftp but it the ftp login provided doesn’t seem to have the right access.

    I can’t view or access your wordpress files, it’s just a blank category.

    Kindly check again and let us know.
