I have installed Disqus, set up an account, activated it via the X-theme add-on menu (see img), entered in the correct shortcode name, enabled comments in settings > discussion (see img), blog post I enabled discussion (see img). Yet I don’t see the comment section. Please help!

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing in!

This issue occurs because of some JavaScript error which stopping Disqus to be displayed.

Would you mind testing for a plugin conflict? You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Let us know how this goes!

    Thanks for understanding!

    Hi there,

It will only work on published post, Example http://adhammond.com/2016/10/18/blastoff/. It was a draft and when published, Disqus section appears.

    Cheers!
