Hey there! I have spent the best part of a week trying to resolve this issue, and from what I can tell X-theme seems to be the problem.
When I try to load up Thrive Content Builder, I get stuck on the loading screen. I’m aware that this is a 3rd party plugin and that you guys can’t offer a solution regarding that, but the problem seems to be with X-theme, as the plugin works fine when I switch out of X-Theme.
According to Thrive, the problem is that X-theme loads up it’s own JQuery (which I have researched and found to be incorrect?). Having contacted others using X-theme, I have found that sometimes TCB integrates fine with it, and some times it does not.
I feel like this is a complicated issue without an obvious resolution, so if anybody can offer assistance based on the information I have provided, I would greatly *greaaatly* appreciate it.
My website is https://www.paleocastle.com, I can post login details etc if that would make things easier. My WordPress is up to date, as is X-theme. I have tried disabling all plugins to see if there was a conflict and there wasn’t. My browser console commonly displays the two errors that I have attached (though I do not know if they are in any way related to my problem). I keep reaching dead end after dead end with this problem, it’s been very frustrating!

Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins) It looks like you are using an oldest version of X theme. I see X Shortcodes is still installed on your site. Please note that X Shortcodes is replaced by Cornerstone plugin, which is a required plugin otherwise your site won’t function properly. You can safely deactivate and delete X Shortcodes plugin and install Cornerstone plugin via Dashboard > Addons section.
You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

X Theme: 4.6.4
Cornerstone: 1.3.3
Visual Composer: 5.0.1Backup your site and update it to the latest version. Let us know how this goes!
