Hello,

I have encountered this problem only with X theme, i bought yesterday the theme with most updated versions and while creating a tab for my product via YITH tab manager i noticed the theme does not retain the name of the new tab and instead writes as default ‘make sure to Set a title’ instead of my backend original name of the tab.

Please tell me how to fix this issue.

Thanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

Is there any special reason why you don´t use Cornerstone Tab Element ?

Great! I didnt know its possible 🙂 many thanks my friend, i just noticed i dont need that other plugin when using cornerstone 🙂 thats fantastic! Your theme is indeed revolutionary!
Last question i noticed that it add elements in Sections/rows and columns only under one product tab ‘Description’ Is there a way to tell corner stone to create a new main tab that is not under ‘Description’ as a
“sub-Tab” but as standing out tab for itself, like the reviews tabs standing next to it? Alternatively via YIKES tabs i could create general new tabs that are compatible with X theme, is there a way to tell corner stone to create row on any other tab except for the ‘description’ tab?

Hello David,

Thanks for the updates! Regretfully there isn’t a way that you can create a content inside the YIKES tab with Cornerstone. I would recommend the you just create a test page in Cornerstone. When you are done, you can switch to text mode and copy the whole content. You can then try to paste the contents into your tab content in YIKES Tab Manager.
